SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

You will receive a notification once your order
has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We do not take responsibility for delays
caused by courier companies or postal services.

Unfortunately some circumstances are
beyond our control.

Cancellation of the order is possible until
we have passed the shipment to the shipping company.
After that point in time, we can not accept them back.
Therefore, in the event that a shipment could not be delivered,
it won‘t be resubmitted and the money
will not be refunded to the customer.

So please be care when entering your data into
order form and make sure your letter box is marked properly.
We are not liable for any products
damaged or lost during shipping.

In case your package has been damaged or broken,
do not accept it and report the event to your post and to us.

If you dont contact us in 2 months after its
shipped then there is no reship possible.
If you experience any issues or if something is unclear,
please contact us as soon as possible,
so we can assist you with the problem.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Orders are not guaranteed to be shipped or
delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders,
shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in
shipment of your order,
we will contact you via email.

DPD (Tracked) = 17 EURO TO EUROPE and USA
DHL EXPRESS (Tracked) = 28 EURO TO EUROPE and USA
UPS EXPRESS (Tracked) = 45 EURO TO EUROPE and USA
